The villa khawa an owner of which I am , and the floor of which I propose you is totally independent, with its private out spaces and gate , enclosed terrace downstair , terrace and balcony in the floor. The house is situated unless 2kms beaches , in a quiet district, on the Djerba Island, in the South of Tunisia t.

It is a high comfort and spacious flat , that can be a T3 for 6 persons, but is transformed into T2 for couple or only 1 person, the room for 1 or 2 is the one wih the terrace , the other has 2 beds for 2 persons . this possibility ( trasformed in t2 for a cheaper price) is not proposed for july and august.

the 2 rooms have reversible Air conditioning, very high quality mattresses , a bed in 160cm (ds ch for 2). 2 beds in 140 cm in the other room

Books on request for children and adults, children society-games (toys) , badminton (when you go to the beach ).
Towels for toilet and shower supplied
Sheets supplied : with fitted sheet, sheet tops, pillowcases and protected mattress, protected pillows) pillows with feathers bought in February, 2015

T3 (F3) 76m ² in the floor of my villa is clear, pleasant and practical to live, decorated carefully. In brief its is more like a holiday home to receive friends than to a vacation rental. The apartment is totally independent with its private portal. The villa refurbishment in 2011-2013 (regularly maintained) is unless 2kms beaches. Everything is thought so that your stay "at my home" is pleasant to you
